On September 12, 2024, we released a new iOS version of the Luvly app, 2.31, which may have caused some of the following issues:
- The app asks you to buy a subscription, even though you already are a Premium user.
- You can't see your progress.
- You were logged out of your Luvly account.
We apologize for this. Some users may have been logged out due to the update, but your progress and subscriptions were not affected.
To resolve the issue:
- Open your Luvly app
- Log in to your existing account.
