Once you finalize the purchase on our website, you are prompted to create your Luvly account and download the app — this is where your personal face care program is.
Note: Luvly is a mobile app, so it is only available for iOS and Android devices.
In case you accidentally missed any of the steps, please follow the guides below to get started with Luvly:
1. In your inbox (or in the Spam/Promo folder), locate the welcome email you received after the purchase. The email is titled Welcome to Luvly.
2. In this email, tap the Enter My Program button.
3. Follow the steps on the page: create an account if you don't have one, and download Luvly.
4. Once you install Luvly, log into your account as an existing user. For that, tap Log In on the start screen (not Get Started), then Log In again:
