Although it's highly unlikely, it may happen that videos in your personal program play without sound.
If that is the case for you, here is a possible fix:
- Open Profile >>> Edit Profile Details >>> Change Main Goal or Target Areas >>> Save changes
This will restart your personal program, which should bring back the audio.
