When you purchase a Luvly subscription, you get a personalized face exercise program tailored to your goals. Every day, you unlock new exercises targeting the problem areas you have selected in the quiz during your sign-up process.
For the best results, we highly recommend you keep up with the program and exercise every day, even if you don't have time to complete the full daily routine.
How long is my personalized program? What should I do after I complete it?
For iOS users
Your personalized face yoga program takes 12 weeks to complete. When you reach the end, the program starts again from Day 1, but all your progress will be saved.
For Android users
Your personalized program takes 30 days to complete. After you finish it, you can either start from the beginning or repeat any day of the program (open your program and select a day from the top panel).

Note: While your Luvly app subscription gives you access to your personalized Luvly program, their duration may be different. For example, when you purchase a 6-month subscription, you get access to a 3-month personalized program, so you'll have time to complete it twice during your subscription.
