If you are receiving charges from Luvly, you most likely subscribed directly from our website https://luvly.care/ and have a so-called web subscription. Here are the main characteristics of a web subscription:
- You paid with a card/ Apple Pay/ PayPal
- You subscribed from an ad seen on Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok
- The active subscription isn’t visible in Apple/Google, but the charges persist
- You received a receipt or a welcome email from Luvly (not Apple/Google)
- The descriptor on your bank statement says "Luvly", "luvlycare" and other variations (not "Apple/ Google payment")
Follow the instructions below to cancel your Luvly subscription:
- Open your Luvly Web Profile
- Log into your account
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab
- Tap Turn off auto-renewal
Once you cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, but you won't be charged anymore.
